A sound mind in a sound body

A long life is a gift available to everyone, not a privilege reserved for a few.

    Our past knows the future

The root of illness is usually emotional. Tell me your symptoms and I will tell you what hurts, what you fear. It is not enough to heal the sick body; we must also tend to the real causes of disease. The body becomes whole again once the soul has healed.

In the past, teaching took the place of hospitals. Knowledge accumulated over thousands of years is now so often dismissed or forgotten. Reaching back to what has long been proven is not only an act of humility, but of wisdom as well.

Gratitude and appreciation. Teachings arrive from remote, secluded places, offering the most powerful remedy for the soul. The person who feels gratitude every single day cannot truly fall ill. Let us seek the good within the bad, keep our focus there, and allow the feeling of gratitude to govern our emotions. Let the bowing figure in our trademark always remind you of this.

    The health of the body

The health of our cells is defined by the quality of our nutrition.

The primal source of life on Earth

The Greenland whale is the longest-lived mammal, feeding on algae and plankton, and individual animals can live for up to 200 years. Algae often appear in the diet of long-lived populations. In Japan, an exceptionally high number of people live beyond 100 years. Healthy nutrition is one of the cornerstones of a long life.

By consuming algae, we welcome their extraordinary abilities into our own bodies. They can help eliminate toxins from the body, nourish our cells with thousands of nutrients, support the balance of the gut flora, and protect cells with a wealth of antioxidants. Quality is what truly matters, and a pure source is one of its key conditions.

    The health of the soul

Our emotions shape how our organs function and how our symptoms appear.

    The brain drives the symptom

Tumours do not develop “just like that”, and metastasis is, from this perspective, simply not a coincidence. Every change in our body follows a command from the brain, with the exception of poisoning, accidents and similar external interventions. Our brain is steered by our emotional experiences; they are what make us ill and what can lead us back to health.

Most of our illnesses have a mental, emotional background. When we uncover and resolve the underlying causes, our symptoms can fade away as well. Listen to our live medical talks, where you can ask your own questions at the end of each presentation. You can also browse our video library, where you will find recorded versions of previous talks – perhaps even one that speaks directly to your situation.
